Context

  • Portfolio of 15 to 20 concurrent projects for 6 to 10 enterprise customers.
  • Deal sizes between BRL 30k and BRL 200k, with approximately BRL 700k in revenue under management.
  • White-label implementations, evolutionary improvements, and frontend migrations.

Challenge

  • Deliver for competing consumer brands in parallel without degrading quality or predictability.
  • Coordinate integrations averaging 4 or more systems per project.
  • Align commercial demand with operational capacity and technical feasibility.

My responsibility

  • Reported directly to the Director and managed a team of four professionals, analysts and Product Owners.
  • Owned performance management, goal setting and follow-up, and resource allocation across the team.
  • Prioritized the team's backlog and co-led portfolio prioritization with executive leadership and business stakeholders.

  • Managed end-to-end B2C, B2B, and marketplace projects on VTEX and Magento.
  • Delivered six Estée Lauder Group stores: Clinique, Jo Malone, Estée Lauder, Too Faced, MAC, and La Mer.
  • Delivered two B2C stores for the Wella Group, Wella and weDo, plus projects for Richemont brands IWC, Panerai, and Jaeger-LeCoultre.
  • Launched Nivea's B2C store and implemented the Nestlé NHS online store for dietary supplements.
  • Led the rollout of carrier collection solutions for Lingerie BR, Dailus, Casa das Alianças, Shoulder, and Iguatemi365.
  • Delivered white-label implementations, evolutionary improvements, and frontend migrations.
  • Coordinated complex integrations with ERP, WMS, carriers, and payment gateways.

Outcome

  • Six Estée Lauder Group stores and two Wella Group stores implemented.
  • B2C stores launched for Nivea and Nestlé NHS, plus projects for three Richemont brands.
  • Carrier collection solutions rolled out across five retail clients.
  • Critical platform migrations and go-lives delivered with no relevant downtime.
