Context
- Location Insights project for CCR S.A. on the Sprinklr platform.
- The group contracted Sprinklr through a single multi-company agreement covering 15 of its concessionaires — highways, São Paulo metro and commuter rail lines, the Rio light rail, the Bahia metro, and an airport.
- Client-facing enterprise SaaS delivery, distinct in nature from the implementation and rollout work on the rest of the portfolio.
Challenge
- Turn presence and performance data into information usable by the business areas.
- Align what the platform could measure with the questions the business actually wanted answered.
My responsibility
- Coordinated the delivery end to end for the account.
- Aligned requirements between the client and the internal teams.
- Owned planning and follow-up of the implementation.

- Gathered requirements with the client and translated them into scope for the implementation.
- Configured and implemented the Location Insights capabilities used for presence analysis and performance tracking.
