Responsibilities and deliverables
- Baixaki: migration, environment improvements and an infrastructure replacement.
- Baixaki Jogos: migration, environment improvements and infrastructure expansion.
- Omelete: design of the new infrastructure.
- Produced the technical design for each project within SLAs, then followed implementation, technical testing, go-live and the direct client relationship.
- Gathered requirements, set deadlines, aligned scope, delegated tasks, ran meetings and controlled quality, using ITIL, PMI and Scrum.
- Created and maintained documentation, diagrams, reports and backup policies.
